Answers: You don't say how frail you are, but let me guess that you are a juvenile. As I remember back to my own youthful days (and even a lot within my youth; you don't HAVE to be a teenager to suffer this), oodles "little" things got to me, too. I be always angry for no polite reason, and looked-for to "punch someone in the face". All I can suggest is to dance talk to a counselor; it doesn't enjoy to be a shrink or anything like that - simply someone you can talk to and sort out the underlying reason that the hairs on your person in charge annoy you. I will tell you that it have helped me a world of moral, but you could also write what you just did to someone resembling Dear Abby, who could probably offer you much better counsel than someone on here could. As for being too tired and/or sore to work out, I can relate to that, too, so agree to me just voice that if something (like working out) is important satisfactory to you, you can FORCE yourself to do it. Believe me, I forced myself many times, and I still do. But you know what? I am other glad afterwards that I did, because working out is an outlet for my own pent-up anger issues. And, if I may make this suggestion to you: Ask God what he think, too.
well if this is the channel you feel today a moment ago take a hip bath and go hours of darkness night hopefully tomorrow will change Wow, it sounds like you requirement some relaxing time. Take a hot bath, read a book. Do something to relax your body and your mind.
Yea, their right...Just find a collected place to release all your worries...even if its lately for like 10 minutes...trust me it will give a hand...although 30 minutes will do much better than10...

umm ur merely going threw a fase just idk try to work it out u get something stressing u out overworking u.
take a hot relaxing shower and listen to some sort of relaxing music tone everything out and clear ur manager
