I quit smoking a year ago and since then I enjoy had headache daily. I enjoy been to the doc multiple times, be on antibiotics, mucinex and sudafed, bought a netty pot, dramamine for nausea. Have had some nouns but now impossible again. Headaches all of the time, some nausea, niggle in temple and teeth (thats how I know at least bit of it is sinuses), pressure behind the eyes. The doc told me that its conventional after quitting smoking to have sinus probs but this is really getting the best of me and effecting my everyday living. I am so tired of dealing w/the doc and not seeing any results and I really don't close to taking prescription meds. Does anyone know any good home/natural remedies, or over the counter meds? Would really appreciate any back.

Answers:    It sounds to me, based on what you enjoy shared, that you may need to see another doctor. Possibly an ENT (Ear Nose Throat specialist).

Unfortunately, I don't hold any other remedies, but it sounds like your doc may be grasping at straws trying to find something that works. Maybe another doc may be more adapted with this issue for you.
