just have operation 3 days ago to remove infected diseased gland under my arm and very soon cant sleep, have out of hand shaking, vomiting and fever hot and cold spells...is this an infection?

Answers:    The symptoms you describe suggest an infection, but it may or may not be related to your operation. Has the wound wrapping been changed? Any signs of infection of the wound (red / swelling / pus / pain)?
Any more symptoms to suggest a gastrointestinal infection (diarrhea)?
If you're not sure, own someone look at the wound.
