Can low blood pressure and/or low blood sugar end in vomiting?

i am 23 years old. i hold been diagnosed as both hypoglycemic and as have hypo tension. my doctor said that neither be severe cases and both could be controlled with diet.
within the past 2 months, i enjoy had 3 jumbled cases of nausea and vomiting. i'm not pregnant. i know this because i've had my time and i've even taken a pregnancy test newly to be sure. the nausea and vomiting symptoms last 1-2 days. it other happens suddenly and unexpectedly. sometimes i bring back nauseous, vomit, and consequently i'm fine for a few hours. i may even get hungry and get through something and be fine for a while. but then adjectives of a sudden it's back.
i other have a cup or a bottle of hose down with me.
also, i didn't put away breakfast this morning because i wasn't hungry, but i did make sure to drink a big cup or orange liquid so that i had some sort of sugar within me. after i had be at work for about 3 hours, i wasn't awareness so great.

so can this be related to my low blood sugar or low blood pressure issues?

Answers:    whoa. You need to return to the doc next to that issue. My bro and I also have low blood sugar, and if we haven't eat properly, we do tend to get sick, but neither of us have ever vomited from it. My brother, equally, has gone into convulsions when his sugar dropped really low.
Nausea and vomiting could be completely unrelated to any of these conditions, or they could be directly related to both.
You could have a viral or bacterial infection, could own a gastric reflux problem, this could be a side effect of the medications your taking, or any number of impulsive health conditions.
And.... yes.... nausea and vomiting can be directly related to cardiac symptomology. When the body senses that it is within desperate need of oxygen... such as during a cardiac episode... or heart attack... usually the first article that happens is that the body shuts down the unnecessary functions. The gastrointestinal tract is the first to be shut down. When the GI tract is shut down it must be empty.... it is easier for it to come up than to go down.... so emesis is the result..... or vomitting.

You should diary this information and present it to your doctor as soon as possible. You need to be evaluated to see why this is up.
