When You're Stressed do You Lose Weight or Gain Weight?
Answers: Depends upon the circumstances AND the person. Emotional drinking during stressful bouts will naturally tend to grounds weight gain. I enjoy a friend and she currently weighs 200 pounds, tho, she's 5ft9in, but have been an stimulating eater all her life span. She finds every excuse in the galaxy in the order of why she cannot go out for a wander tonight or why she cannot go to the gym tomorrow.
On the other foot, when I am met with stressors contained by MY life I don't own a shred of an appetite. For instance, I am going through a chest cold right now, and I own asthma, the stress of the asthma and cold, alone, causes me not to hold an appetite, and as a result, I've lost five pounds just this olden week. I am 105 pounds right now; but in a minute, I've been forcing myself to somehow develop an appetite where on earth my system will bypass the "no appetite" nonsense and consistency hunger every few hours so that I may eat more, and hopefully gain those much needed pounds pay for.
Stress affects different people differently. I am not, and never be, an emotional eater. I devour when I am hungry--and not to pass the time for any purpose. That's how I've been since birth.
I hope that this answers, if all, at lowest part of your sound out.
Peace and many blessings :) :) :)
