Answers:    There is a product on the souk called NasaFlo. It is a sinus/nasal irrigating product designed to clear the nasal passage. While it may sound bizarre, this teapot-looking product is designed to flow water/saline solution through one side of your snout, through the nasal cavities, later out the other side of your nose and taking the mucous beside it. While I have not tried it specifically, I apprehend that it is not painful (i.e. getting hose down up your nose) and works wonderfully. There may also be other similar products on the market.
