my ankles look like S H I T, theyve be bitten all up

ive narrowed it down, i know its fleas, and theyre surrounded by my bed

i NEVER see the fleas or any bug for that matter

i DONT hold pets

ive washed my sheets...and i dont know what to do almost my matress because its a tempurpedic, so i cant really do much with it, its enormously heavy and its resembling a giant sponge almost.

any ideas of how to acquire them out?! i cant take another darkness of sleeping in that bed, its horrible.

please sustain! any advice?

My skin be itchy yesterday, sometimes it can be psychosomatic. Mayber moisturise your skin more. Have a bath near milk in it. You may enjoy mites from birds. Get some antihisstamine tablets from the chemist. They work wonders.Alcohol base studd eg perfume is upright for itchies including mosquito bites.
