What is a moral passageway to receive more sleep?

i have be going through this phase where i can't sleep much AT ALL
i find myself wake up a lot within the night and not anyone able to stir back to sleep and its tricky for me to fall asleep later i get up rash because im so worried i won't get up to my alarm so i closing up waking up similar to an hour before i hold to

is there music or any instinctive ways not involving medicine that will help out me get a better night sleep?


Answers:    Please follow this instruction, you will get honest sleep.
1. Do exercise for 30 to 45 minute, brisk walking is O.K.
2. Keep your diet. Only eat partially stomach, meat and other stuff only 200 gms at one time. Don't drink hose down during eating: individual half an hour up to that time or after the food. Include vegetables and fruits as far as possible.
3. Finish your dinner on or before 7 pm.
4. Avoid soft drinks and lone two tea/coffee per day.
5.Try to sleep at 10 pm and draw from up at 5am. Exercise is better in the morning.
6. If married sex will also backing to get suitable sleep.
7. Daily prayer and meditation is important for well brought-up sleep.

I had alike problem for a LONG time. i finally saw my doctor and he prescribed something called Ametriptoline (thats how its pronounced, not sure how its spelled :P) it be just a rly small dose, close to 10 mg, but it REALLY helps. I used to wake up up like 5 times every darkness and couldnt get posterior to sleep because I was so worried. It totally help...talk to your doctor :)
