Cholesterol - 196 soaring for 20 yr ripened?
I'm not overweight, but my diet isn't exactly wonderful. The principal staples to my diet tend to be cereals, eggs, bananas, chips& salsa, and after a lot of second-hand goods (via cookies) on top of that.
Anyone?
Answers: That is on the illustrious end for an 18 year mature, especially if you are female as your avatar suggests. Cut pay for on the eggs, they are high within cholesterol, and most of the way they are prepared also incorporate it. The fact that you roll chips & salsa and then deeply of junk food is also not a suitable sign. Chips would also be a junk food. Cereal is too ill-defined of a word to make a suggestion, but if it is "Fruit Loops" or other dignified sugar type, it is not real well-mannered for you, but shouldn't have to much to do next to your cholesterol! A good dietician should be capable of set up a meal plan that will help out your cholesterol!
I have illustrious cholesterol (213) and I am 25. Since you are not clinically high however I would def. watch what you get through and try to exercise a bit. Im not considered overweight either.
