Help near sleeping problem?

hi,my fiance is having trouble sleeping.
anyone hold any advice to relief her sleep?


Answers:    I, too, have a large amount of difficulty sleeping and staying asleep. It is an indicator of a great many things, and determining the wreak can sometimes be like finding a hypodermic in a haystack. Some things that own worked for me, either singly or coupled next to others:

**A good brisk workout surrounded by the late afternoon/early evening followed by
**A correct hot, relaxing shower and then a tranquillity LIGHT dinner
**Shut off the TV - perchance read a book instead
**Sleepytime Extra tea (Bigelow) - it contains Valerian root, which is a natural relaxation aid
**Make sure to pocket good aspect multivitamins every day
