I am not looking for the obvious answer, which is obviously to QUIT SMOKING. I do not smoke during the day but Thursday-Sunday when I move about out on the town I smoke and as a result I am often congested. I own a lot of drainage and it is newly plain uncomfortable, I discern the CONSTANT need to spit and clear my throat. I'm assuming I entail a good decongestant...what do you ruminate?

Answers:    I know the PERFECT one.
I had severe sinus problems for so long as in good health, and then I found this pepper spray that worked, but it's really throbbing.
So then I found this "xylitol" spray that you snort up your snout and it helped even more near no pain and it taste sweet.

It's call the "neti pot" and you just pour salt water through your snout and it comes out the other side.
