I am on birth control, and I am not due for a period for 2 weeks, and I haven't missed a pill contained by awhile, yet I own some light bleeding I only just discovered.... What could this be?

My body is used to this BC, as I have be on it for awhile, and haven't had any problems..

Any philosophy?

Answers:    It could be brought on by stress or if you've taken other medication that might have interfered next to the hormones. Or possibly the pills are duds, there might be flaws within the manufacturing of them. It could be overlooked, conceivably thats how a lot of individuals ended up pregnant while on birth control.I really don't know though, lately a guess.
