Ive been drunk it straight but after ive realised that thats probably too corrosive so now im going to dilute it... what does drinking it do for you? Ive be putting it on my spider vein subsequent to my nose and its vanished it a bit ! and its onli be a couple of days :S What other skin benefits does it have? Or any benefits at adjectives? Anyone experienced weight loss beside it?

Answers:    The benefits seem to hold been covered moderately well by the other answer from motormouth. The benefits are similar to those of apple cider vinegar but apple cider vinegar is much better.

The cynical of apple cider vinegar is that it will ruin your teeth if you drink it straight as it is quite corrosive due to the acetic sour so you must dilute it. If you take it next to food have some food until that time and after taking it to minimise damage to your teeth.

Plain apple cider can be drunk straight but not apple cider vinegar.
