How can i overcome getting nauseated so confidently?(special appeal to dancers )?

well I tango and there are sure moves that are to continuously spin e.g the windmill spin/turn what ever you wanna call it.I spot correctly and everything(I even have a teacher guide my spotting) but i perceive nauseous during spinning and clearly afterward.so how can I "overcome" it i like this move really unpromising but the nausea isnt healthy.If i have to guess it would either be the warmth or the space,if not my body doesnt approaching this spinning business,so can you help me?


Answers:    You most possible have fluid surrounded by your ears causing the sensations to be distorted and that results contained by nausea.

I suggest that you take a decongestant back dance class and see if that doesn't support. Something like sudafed or cold medication.

I've never in actuality tried this with dance, but ginger helps next to nausea. You can buy ginger gum or just something gingerish at a condition food store. Try it out. I used to get ill playing video games, but one time I was drinking gingerbeer and didn't hold a problem with it. I don't know how quantifiable this is, but it seems to sustain. Hope you figure it out. :)
