I chew gum and it give me a headache?

Why?

Answers:    You probably don't think twice roughly popping a stick of gum in your mouth to freshen your breath or chomp away stress. But it could be cause your headache. When you chew gum, the repetitive movement of your jaw puts added rigidity on the muscles and joints where on earth your jawbone meets your skull. Eating doesn't motivation a problem because the joints rest when you swallow. But chewing gum unremitting can cause a stiffness headache that starts at your jaw and radiate to the sides of your head. Try to stop chewing for period of time, and when you do chew, chew for a short period of time.

Who knows, but the valid question is, why do you keep hold of chewing it if it hurts your head?
