I Have 13/20 figment of the imagination what does that tight?
Answers: It means whoever feed you that information, say your Optometrist, desires to be fired. Nobody uses a measurement resembling 13/20, and usually the numbers are in mutliples of 10 or sometimes 5. That's how the machines are calibrate. 20/20 vision is conventional. 20/200 in most areas of the USA is justifiably blind even if you can see somewhat.
13/20 if it existed would mean your sight would be quite a bit better than regular making you "Eagle Eye'd". At any rate, it's apparent you've get the numbers mixed up and the doctor actually said something approaching you've got 20/30 perception which would mean for a time worse than normal and confidently correctible.
It means that objects that appear 20 foot away to an average person appear 13 foot away to you.
