Answers:    I don't know the background of why you are taking this medication. Ask your doctor something like a different kind of medication for your condition. If this is your first time taking the medication it rob time for your body to adjust to those kind of medication, I should know because when I first took Cymbalta I be sick from it, then it took a while to work consequently I went on Zoloft, but in a minute I am off medication since it be making me feel resembling a zombie and sleeping all the time.
You can ask your doctor for a smaller dose of that medication, because 75mg seem a lot to me, possibly start with 25mg or smaller amount.
