I am kaushik of 14 years
I am a boy
I am of height 5ft 2in (5.2)
I am developing moustaches & beard
My father height is 5ft 4in (5.4) same as my distinguished pa
My mother is of 5feet
I must atleast grow to a height of 5ft 9 surrounded by (5.9) and atmost to 5ft 11in (5.11)
i have read that between 14 & 15 years point is very much enhanced but i crossed that age
IS THERE ANY REMEDY FOR MY HEIGHT GROWTH FASTLY? PLEASE TELL ME
I HAVE DEVELOPED A LOT OF FEAR ABOUT MY HEIGHT
WONT I GROW TALL ANYMORE?
PLEASE DONT TELL ME ABOUT HGH (Human Growth Hormone) I dont want to use that
IS THERE ANY OTHER METHOD OF ONLY HGH IS THE METHOD

Answers: see i have hear that the height of boys increases till the age of 21, so no requirement to worry it will manifestly increase as you are just 14 right very soon. also to increase your height you could try skipping and also do not humiliate a balanced diet.
I know this can be immensely trying for someone your age, but there's really nothing you can do right immediately. Your height is determined by your genes, so unless you be malnourished as a child, you will grow exactly as elevated as your DNA says to. You may still put on a few inches over the subsequent four years, and some people hold sudden growth spurts that can put on four inches in one summer. But short of the surgery where on earth they cut around your leg bones and put screws contained by to pull them apart and save doing it over months and months till you are taller, there's nothing you can do.
