It depends on the particular facts of respectively case. If the seizure are frequent enough to hold a person from mortal able to work steadily, after disability is in writ. That is, of course, while the seizure are a regular occurrence. If medical treatment have been sought and have been inept to prevent the seizures to an extent that work surrounded by impossible, then disability is a possibility. If, however, proper medical treatment have not been pursued, disability will most probable be denied.
