Pain surrounded by tail bone?
My husband who is 35 was born beside a small extra bit of bone in his tail bone nouns. It has never bothered him until around 6 months ago, when he began to complain of anguish and pressure in that nouns, sometimes really bad. He be told 18 years ago by a chiropractor that he would be in a wheelchair by the time he is 50, and that zilch could be done about this extra bone. I am not sure i believe that and want him to see someone else, similar to an ortho doc. He says he will lurk until the pain is intolerable, thats how he is. does anyone know what may be causing his stomach-ache in that nouns? could it be something bad? he is 35 and a smoker. gratitude
Answers: Being born with an extra bone should not bestow him all this distress. It sound close to he has a cysts, drastically common on the tailbone. Chiropractors are not Orthopedic doctors. He desires to see a specialist, get some x-rays and find out what the problem is. No one should ever keep on until the pain is unacceptable. Pain is always a sign from your body that at hand is a problem. Encourage him to see an Ortho. Check out this site. I think it will backing answer your question. www.righthealth.com/tailbone
it could possibly be an abscess around that nouns. I had one miserably and it was not vastly nice but they cut it out and now im fine ...noticeably see a doctor because if you leave things too long they can return with serious.
