Why do race come to work when they are sick?
I just don't work out, she said that she has no sick time vanished, but obviously should be home, resting and recuperating not surrounded by work spreading her germs. If I'm that sick, sick time or not, I'll stay home, not only for my robustness, but for the health of the undamaged office. I in recent times don't understand. Is it me or is that annoying?

Sometimes, one just have to go surrounded by to work. I've had bronchitis for nearly 6 months presently due to some really strange circumstances (primarily, a hidden at the back the structure toxic mold problem). Calling your boss and asking for 6 months of sick leave is a suitable way to any get fired, laugh at right to your face, or both.
The best warning I can give you, is to cover your eyes beside a pair of reading eyeglasses (through the eyes, as I understand it is one of the most important ways to get something), bathe your hands adjectives the time, and use plenty of hand sanitizer as all right, avoid touching your eyes or around your eyes with your fingers (this can be difficult if you wear contacts), and manufacture sure you are getting plenty of sleep, water, and nutrition (which you probably are anyway!)
Take supervision of yourself, and give your sympathy to her. Or, alternately, you could pinch a minute to go chat to your boss, or someone in charge of her, explain that she is really sick, and putting you adjectives at risk for illness and impossible work productivity, and see if they will give her a couple of days free, so that she can hold her job, and still not variety you sick!
Edit: If I could, I'd email the person who made this typo above so that they could bring care of it and avoid too much humiliation (although it was a extremely funny typo, I hope she has the resources to laugh at herself when things resembling this happen, and we should merely laugh upright naturedly at human folly....)

It's VERY annoying, but it's also enormously common. You don't acquire sick time at all contained by many job, and a lot of employer only grant you a few sick days a year, so what you get is relations who would rather come surrounded by to work sick and risk infecting everyone else so they can save their personal time for time off. So yes, adjectives sense dictates that you stay home when you're sick so you can kick the bug and not intervene it to everyone else. The problem is the majority of people don't hold that much common sense.
