Is this normal?

I don't hand over a crap about arm down, so I'm not asking for that reason. I've other had more than I'd similar to to have, so I couldn't vigilance less if most of it go poof into oblivion.

But, since I effort about my well-being, I'm newly wondering if there is anything refusal associated with the loss of arm fleece.
