Answers:    The best product over the counter would be Pedialyte. It comes surrounded by several flavors although I don't find many of them to predilection great. It's given to children to help rehydrate them after one sick. It's pretty potent and works very very well.

You'll find it at Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Longs, etc. Look in the baby/infant portion or the over-the-counter medicine isle. I believe nearby is a teddy-bear picture on the bottle.
