So i got the dreaded blood pressure meds today!
I am soooo bleak at remembering to take my medicine!
Any tips on how i can make it any easier for me?

Answers:    Write out a diary for the month. When you take your meds, put a check sitting duck on the day. Then you know you took it.

I put it within front of me, for me, I spend all daylight in front of my computer, so I see them and hold to take afterwards. Put them somewhere where you cant miss them, close to in front of the bathroom mirror. And I give bottled water subsequent to them so I have no excuse.
