About two weeks ago I had plentifully of green and bloody mucus in my snout, it is now a short time better but the inside of my nose hurts and feel dry. I've been using a saline spray but it isn't doing any right. Thanks!

Answers:    I've got an grease spray, which I bought at a chemist's. It contains sesame oil and vitamin E and it's much more well-run than the saline spray. I live in Germany and it's a German brand, so that won't help out you, but why don't you ask your local chemist about such a article?

Alternatively, aloe vera gel is also very polite for dry and sore noses. You can simply use a body lotion, as long as at hand is enough aloe vera contained by it (I'd suggest at least 98% pure aloe). Just put within on your fingertip and distribute it inside your nose (I know that sounds similar to picking your nose, but how else would you bring back it in?). If you don't draw from anything with adequate aloe in it, you can also use olive grease.
