Anyone know how to fix a popping amalgamated?

every time i lift my upper leg up and after lower it, theres this really annoying pop in the cohesive. its the pelvic - thigh joint. It dosent hurt it only just makes me cringe everytime it pops. I be doing a yoga stretch where I layed on my wager on and held my knees to my chest and the right one popped really loud and since then its be better but still pops a little but cant achieve the other one to pop like that. ANYWAYS though basically wondering if anyone has any design to make this walk away.


Answers:    You can't really make it run away. The popping noise is not cause by bones rubbing together in most cases, as bones slide and fly in relationship to respectively other. The pop noise may be cause when gasses are moved out of the joint when in that is a change of pressure surrounded by the joint from movement. Popping your joint does not cause arthritis, as tons believe. As long as you are not having twinge in the shared after it pops, this is not a big concern, even though it may be an annoyance. Also if the joint "locks" or "give out" you may want to consult your doctor. Yoga will help increase the span of motion in your joint as well as strenghten the muscles around them... verbs to do this as long are you are not experiencing pain. You may even try a glucosamine supplement found over the counter if you consult your physician to product sure it is ok first- some people quality relief after using this for a short length of time.
i have this problem too surrounded by my knees and my left leg. i've asked a doctor something like it before and they said not to verbs about it if it doesnt hurt. i've have it for a few years now and it other feels the same--no aching at all, a moment ago a little popping intuition and sound. sorry i dont know how to fix it =(. if you want, you could other ask a doctor about it. best of wishes =)
