What's a home remedy for slaughter lice beside out buying a utensils from the store?

I heard that simply dying your spike will kill the lice, but does anyone own any ideas or methods of bloodbath lice?

Answers: just suck it up and dance buy a kit. not a soul is really gonna care if they see you next to it.

Vinegar and oil. Apparently, the vinegar kill the the lice and oil make it easier to slide them off the down strands.
