Answers: There are lymph nodes all up and down the sternum. You are perceptive to get it checked out. I started beside just one swollen lymph node at the remains of my neck. Any itching? Night sweats? Weight loss? Have you only just had an infection of some type? If antibiotics are used and they do not effect the lump, nearby may be a problem. Don't be afraid, if it is something bad, nearby are great treatments out there. There are masses things that make lymph nodes swell. It may be no big business deal.
