Recently, I've started taking these fish oil pills...I hear that it's accurate for the skin and hair. What going on for weight loss? Does anyone else embezzle them? To me, it's like 5 minutes after taking the 2 pills, it's similar to instant energy...is this regular?

I've taken them for the goodness for the fleece and skin. But I don't recall have a boost of energy afterwards; but i do own the metabolism of a hermit-crab. Way to go if it works.
