Anyone have nouns treating children near attention deficit disorder short using prescription drugs?
Answers: I have have several friends whose children were "diagnosed" near ADD. They put them in a Karate class, and it suddenly go away. Any hard exercise help, but if you pick the right karate teacher, they will school not only the work of martial arts, but the discipline side too. It be amazing how it changed the kids. The kids were happier, the parents be happier, and the school teacher were happier. Personally, it seem that any tiny thing explicitly outside of "normal", a doctor will shove a pill at you. Exercise and mind discipline works wonders. It worked wonders for me too when I practiced martial arts.

i dont know if it have actually proven to work, but check out these sites. they are apart of the site tabled in my sources site- which is one of various. do a google search for alternative prescription for adhd. i have affix and i take meds for it- but they are addictive. i dont know what i would do short them which is sad. i longing when i was younger my parents have looked into other options... if theyd worked it would be great for me.
