It just annoyning and it seem it never cough out or shallow. sometime when a small piece does come out, it stink. Any help?

Answers:    Sounds close to a tonsillolith (tonsil stone), not a piece of food. I get these sometimes.. they ARE vastly annoying!
You can use a water irrigator, an ear curette, or even your finger to push it out; I look within my mouth with a flashlight and use a Q-tip to remove mine.
