Both of my ears are plugged. Started at 7pm and its 11pm immediately. Its worse and keeping me awake. Help?

Again, it sarted kind of mild at 7pm, consequently I began trying chewing gum, lay on my side, and holding my nose, but nil is working. It's precisely 11:30 and I can't sleep! Any nurses out there that can serve me out? Suddestions? What can i do to unplug them?

Answers:    You probably can't unplug them at this point, but a decongestant has a distant coincidence of helping. Sudafed or a decongestant nasal spray.

You are heading for an ear infection. If you start getting pain, dance to the ER because the pain can be awful. Also be in motion if you get a disorientation or drainage from the ears.

if it gets no worse, see your doctor within the morning.
You may have an infection of the ears, particular as Otitis Media. Sometimes, the presenting symptom isn't pain, but fullness of the ears. It is cause by either a virus or germs. You should have your ears checked by an Otolaryngologist (ENT specialist) as soon as possible. For intervening relief, you could try decongestants close to Phenylpropanolamine (check if you're allergic to the meds first!), but there's really no shortcut to getting better. See your physician. I hope this help. Get better soon!
