Now my mind and body just won't tolerate me get to sleep until going on for 2 or 3 every night when I hold to wake up around 7. I am VERY exhausted all light of day and can't nap during the daylight because I watch a 7 month old-fashioned for work and when I get home I hold care of my 11 month antediluvian. He goes to sleep nearly 7 30 every night. Is here any way besides prescription drugs that I can seize to sleep sooner that 2 or 3 to catch up on my Z's?

Answers:    Well....I suggest napping when the baby( yours or the child you watch) is napping......
You can start a "coil down" bedtime routine for yourself to help your body relax. Drink some hot chamomile tea or thaw out milk, take a hip bath, read a book or listen to music. You can use lavendar spray as a pillow mist or lavendar oil aromatherapy. Do anything you can do relax BEFORE going to bed. Hopefully that will relax your mind and body enough to assist you sleep.
You might want to take look at what might hold changed in your go recently. Is here a new source of stress?
You can also use valerian root as an herbal alternative to sleeping pills. You can buy Alluna from your local drugstore.
If you are drinking any caffeine during the daylight, stop. It was merely on Oprah the other day that women who own caffeine, even in the morning, hold problems sleeping. Caffeine affects women a lot worst than it does men. If that does not work, you can try melt milk, taking a hot bath give or take a few an hour before you dance to bed, and try reading.
