I have a index of symptoms that are progressively getting worse. The first one started about 2 weeks ago and have become worse, the rest are fairly clean. Here they are...

When I go into a store beside a lot of lights I bring light-headed and feel shaky. It gets to the point that I almost collapse and must head off. This now happen even when I am at home and can last a few minutes to an hour. I hold also been extremely tired 24/7 for the recent past week and can't get any strength. I enjoy been sense an intense 'pressure' in the top of my director. Bit different then a middle-of-the-road headache, as it feels approaching my head is going to burst. I also grain like at hours of darkness that I am not 'falling asleep' but rather endorsement out or fainting. I gain kinda light-headed and confused (sometimes trouble breathing/swallowing) then subsequent thing I know I get up up in the morning. I own been urinating more or less 5x the normal amount and hold had right flank stomach-ache. I am 28yrs old and besides 4 low final surgeries have be healthy. Any accepted wisdom?
