Every now and afterwards I get these shaking fits where on earth I just cant control it, even if I try to relax, my arms and legs start shaking really inadequately like Im sitting contained by a freezer in a swimsuit...
They usuallly appear at night and they freshly leave me passion really tired and down.
Does anybody know what they could be?

Answers:    It could be epilepsy, though usually epileptics don't remember having the fits.
anyway if you want to know what's really wrong beside you go to a doctor not the internet...
