Okok rewording my press?

I was freerunning today and I did a wall run. And I run a little bit express and then I jump and grabbed and as soon as my legs hit the wall my bottom right side started to hurt similar to as if I ran 10 miles lacking stopping. So I stopped and I started to do pushups to make sure I be okay and I did the wall run again. My side burned again. So I stopped wall runs. I don't know what it is. I looked on google and found some minor muscle strain symptoms like cramp and cramps and like stomach ache. I have adjectives but they're very minor except for the cramp fragment. I can hang from a wall. But i can't go underwater up to it. IDKY. And whenver I bend backwards then it hurts approaching @#$%. Also if I jump next to both legs in the heavens then it hurts. It doesn't hurt if I fly with one leg. My stomach ache because I keep have to go to the bathroom. I go #2 twice today. My side hurts also when I sneeze, cough, and laugh. IDKY. Did I verbs a muscle. And if I did, how long does it take to alleviate?

u need to impart rest and also take some PAIN killer if it is very annoying!!
