How can i grasp myself to stop pressing the snooze button?

i sleep usually around 11pm. And each time, my alarm go on around 6am, i end up wake up at 7:10 when i need to be in place by 7:30am. Any suggestions or comments? Thanks (:


Answers:    My husband and I have our alarm clock ( next to two alarm settings) in our master bathroom. We own to get up out of bed to turn it sour and can start the shower. It works for us.

My cell phone alarm is useful as a backup alarm.

Suggestion: try getting to bed a partly an hour earlier, your body may have need of extra sleep.
Drink lots of water up to that time you sleep so that your bladder is full in the morning and you HAVE to carry up.

Put your alarm on the other side of the room so you have to go and get up to turn it off.

Once you are out of bed, swab your face beside cold water and don't allow yourself to draw from back into bed "a moment ago for a minute"!
Move the clock the night since. When you reach for the snooze button and it isn't at hand, it should wake you up completely.
