Answers:    tram is synthetic opioid pain med. vic is derived from material opioid. if your vic says 5/500 or 7.5/500...you hold 5 or 7.5 mg of hydro...the rest is tylenol.

i like both of those. darvocet and percocet are great too.

i be at a point that i was taking alot of percs or vics and didn't realize that i have arthritis till i stopped taking them. now i live on advil and breathe an gigantic sigh of relief when i take anything stronger, cause spasm sux.

Im not sure about 200mg tramadol(ultram).
The 500mg surrounded by the vicodin is referring to the APAP(acetaminophen) which is the same as Tylenol, but the hydrocodone would be labeled as 5mg or 7.5mg for vicodin.
So far as twinge, each human being reacts differently to these meds.
I try not to give somebody a lift them anymore, beacuse I get hooked on them too confident :)
