I choice to be out of diapers (for the second time within my life) any suggestions?
Answers: You don't articulate how old you are or what the intention is behind the incontinence. Is this a problem i.e. curable or will go away over time? If not, afterwards you might not be able to carry out of them the second time.
I'm moderately incontinent and have to wear diapers 24 / 7 primarily for urinary incontinence. I wear disposables diapers to work during the daytime and to keep from have to change so repeatedly and to prevent leaks, I double up. In other words, I use two disposable diapers. The first one I put on, I cut slits contained by the plastic backing so that moisture can flow through to the second diaper that I put on over the first. This give me double protection during the day.
Most days, I can turn from morning to quitting time without have to change. If you monitor what you drink and how much, you might only enjoy to wet them once during the light of day and with the extra absorbency, it draws the moisture away from the skin and it doesn't lead to too many problems. I don't fetch any spare diapers with me during the daylight as long as it is a normal work time. If I plan on going somewhere after work instead of straight home, then I will pocket a change near me, just within case.
At dark, I wear an very gooey cloth diaper because I'm a heavy wetter. The cloth is much more comfortable to sleep within. I put a pair of plastic pant over them to protect the bedding. When I wake up contained by the morning, they are soaking wet but the bed is dry. I munch through breakfast and such, then shave, steal my shower and just formerly I get dressed, I put on my daytime diaper(s). And the cycle is repeated.
