my girl friend needed to stay at the hospital for about a week after she have a severe asthma attack....while everytime she needed to get hospitalized during an attack be only for maximum sooner or later.
why did she need to stay in that this time?

Answers:    It could be this attack was more serious than ending time and she needed to be kept on drugs for a few days to stablise her condition (her wheezing may have stopped self so loud but she might still have crackles within her chest when the doc listens to her lungs). Also, her attack may be over but her oxygen saturation might not be illustrious enough to distribute her home and she needs to be monitored for longer.

If she herself is confused going on for why she has to stay within longer, you should tell her to ask her doctor and/or nurse as it's their opening to keep her informed give or take a few her own treatment.
