Froggy throat?

I was just this minute sick and my throat is still froggy. I sing so I realy need to acquire better. Do you have any addvice?

Tea near lemon. Do not strain; try not to talk unless important. If you can find Fisherman's Friend Losenges, give them a churn. They used to work for me.
