Is it ok to ask doc for sleeping pills if........?

You want to be in bed at a specific time but that's not easy to do because you're either stressed, not tired or hold a lot on ur mind and you don't drink caffeine?(takes you two hours or the lowest one hour to get to sleep)

Answers:    I guess it is, but explain to him/her the reason! Good luck!
Sure, you could if you considered necessary to... but there are seriously of other options that are cheaper (no doctor's call in or high prescription cost). If you a moment ago needed it once or twice a month or less, you could try a sleeping pill that be over the counter.
However, if you want to use it on a regular basis, drugs would be a unpromising idea, as your body can become dependent on them (meaning if you took them long satisfactory, you couldn't get to sleep minus one).

If you're looking for long term help out, I'd suggest a natural herbal supplement because they aren't need forming and they help your body use what it already have to fall asleep readily. For general sleep, there's Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, 5-HTP, Scullcap (an herb... it freshly sounds bad), L-Taurine, and Passionflower that are all particularly popular to help folks sleep naturally.
yes, ... economically i think so but that's simply my opinion.
