Sure, you could if you considered necessary to... but there are seriously of other options that are cheaper (no doctor's call in or high prescription cost). If you a moment ago needed it once or twice a month or less, you could try a sleeping pill that be over the counter.
However, if you want to use it on a regular basis, drugs would be a unpromising idea, as your body can become dependent on them (meaning if you took them long satisfactory, you couldn't get to sleep minus one).
If you're looking for long term help out, I'd suggest a natural herbal supplement because they aren't need forming and they help your body use what it already have to fall asleep readily.
