21 year old manly , usually healthy...have NOT been sick since age 16...Started when he get majorly ill near vomiting back on June 15th of this year, 2007. Was sick next to fever, congestion, fragility and headache on Sept. 1,2,3rd. There was afterwards a cold during the end of September. Now, have a fever today next to NO other symptoms. It is the cold season but the past years the cold season did not affect him. What could be wrong?
