As far as answering, there are a great deal of ways, and it also depends on how long you've been smoking it. The best ways are slowly lowering your dose (takes a long time sometimes), or going cold turkey (which is faster, but harder). Either route, the last entry is making the decision to quit, so you'll eventually enjoy to deal next to the withdrawal.
For the most division, when you deal next to withdrawal, you'll basically have to tough it out, but in that are some things that can help cleanse out the toxins and may oblige to minimize some of the effects of withdrawal...
Drinking river will help to detox, and taking some supplements that work as cleansers may back as well. Specifically, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea (decaffeinated), Chlorophyll (fantastic cleanser), and even accurate amounts of fiber and water help some people (although it's not hugely comfortable for the lower level of detoxification you get).
All that man said, it's likely that the symptoms should stop relatively shortly after your closing hit (it's never as long as it feels close to it is). Your neurotransmitters don't take too horrendously long to scream for something they are addicted to after you stop. The cravings will eventually subside after subtraction is done, too... for some people, it take longer than others.
