Whats your view on vitamin hose down?

Not the taste, but the nutrients surrounded by it.

I have "rescue" within front of me.
(Green tea c+egcg)

The taste is great. I've tried several different ones (The fruit punch, dash, dragon fruit). I am aware that in respectively 8oz serving there are just about 50 calories, 13 sugars, and 13 carbs. (Which seems to be the just down side of this water)

Do these bottles of vitamin water benefit us surrounded by any way? Or are these claims a moment ago the result of good marketing?


Answers:    It's adjectives marketing. Just take a multi-vitamin and drink plain sea.
