Pre/post op??

I was watching TV the other afternoon and they mentioned a 'post-op' and a 'pre-op' trannsexual...what exactly does this mean?? I'm simply curious...do 'post-op' trannsexuals have, for example, a male-female trannsexual, and actual vagina??

It may appear weird. but I'm freshly curious! :-)

Answers:    when you say pre-op, it method before an operation. hence, if the patient is mannish, he still has a penis..

post-op then again means after the operation. as a result, that male lenient now have a vagina...

and he's called a transsexual... :)

P.S. manly transsexuals can have vaginas but they cant find pregnant... obviously they dont own the ovaries, uterus and hormones that could support that female function...
PRE-OP IS PRIOR TO THE SURGERY THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THERE GENITALS. POST-OP, IS AFTER THE SURGERY. THEY DO HAVE A VAGINA BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A UTERUS AND THE "SYSTEM" TO HAVE CHILDREN.
