What's your foot type?
Answers: High arches, very elevated. I buy special shoes that the insoles can be removed so that my special insoles can be placed in shoes. They work wonders. It does not relieve that I had a disease call "hperPARAthyroidism" about 10 years ago contained by which I broke both ankles and had give or take a few 8-10 stress fractures in respectively foot. (tarsals and metatarsals)(Along with a broke leg and both hips fractured). Three years ago I have to have 8 screw put in one foot because the bones be mush. So I have outstandingly bad foot problems. Now I enjoy Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.
