Wow, what a pain contained by the butt! My feet take so hot at night that I can't sleep in need a fan blowing directly on them. As a kid, this happen only when I be ill or when it be really hot (summertime). Now it's every night. They don't burn or hurt, but the bottoms of my foot get bright red and they're so insupportably hot I can't stand it. Does this sound adapted to anyone? And if so, what do you do about it? I've asked my doctor, but he laugh it off and said my foot looked fine to him. I felt really stupid for asking and I haven't brought it up since. Also, the single thing I've found online is counsel to scrub down my feet every hours of darkness, buff them down with pumice, and moisturize them. Aside from making my foot more attractive, it hasn't helped at adjectives;) At this point, I'm ready to do almost anything!
