How do you stay motivated?
Answers: Well I quit smoking years ago by throwing my cigarettes out on a Friday and staying contained by bed all weekend, that worked out pretty resourcefully.
Then I took up dieting by eating exactly one and the same thing every daylight. This enabled me to eventually develop a routine that allowed me both to lose weight while simultaneously not dying, and be much much easier than having to opt what to eat adjectives the time.
So I would say the foremost tools I've come to rely on here would be laziness and drudgery. And overwhelming anxiety of course.
Sorry just about that. I think the key thing is to establish a routine and stick to it. Make it as trouble-free as possible on yourself to do so. Don't try to do too much at once, but always be doing something. Once a routine is established you can embellish it, to come closer to the foremost goal.
Dropping fruitless habits and picking up foreign ones might get easier near practice, but I doubt it ever gets tangible easy for anyone.
