High-heeled shoes?

Are high-heeled shoes ok for 'big' ladies?I'm about 176 pounds but my friends enunciate high-heeled shoes could give varicose vein.

Answers:    Vericose veins are usually cause from overweight during pregnancy, sitting with legs crossed, standing too much, fruitless circulation, etc. Usually not from high heal. High heels are ok when you're dressed up, but is a waste when you wear them next to casual dresses & pant. High heals are discouraging for the feet and hindmost for everyone; especially if shoes are pointed. So don't wear them any more than necessary. You won't observe it much until you get elder. Not so much for vericose veins; self over weight will be the prime cause.
